General Admission & Policies
- Tickets & Prices: All guests must purchase a valid admission ticket before entering the park. Ticket prices vary depending on age, and any ongoing promotions. Please refer to our website or park entrance for current pricing information.
- Age Requirements: Some rides and attractions have height or age restrictions.
- Children: Children under the supervision of an adult (18+) at all times.
- Right of Admission: Mojoland reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone for any reason.
Safety & Security
- Guest Conduct: Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and orderly manner towards other guests and staff. This includes following all posted safety rules and instructions.
- Prohibited Items: Outside food & beverages (except for single, sealed bottled water), illegal substances, weapons, pets (except service animals), and any items deemed unsafe by park management are not permitted.
- Lost & Found: For lost and found items, please inquire at Guest Services.
Park Operations
- Hours of Operation: Mojoland operates on seasonal hours. Please refer to our website or park entrance for current hours.
- Ride Availability: While Mojoland strives to keep all rides and attractions operational, occasional closures may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
- Weather Conditions: Management reserves the right to close rides or attractions, or even the entire park, due to inclement weather conditions.
Payment Methods
- Mojoland accepts most major credit cards and debit cards for entry charges, food & beverage purchases, and rent clothes.
- Cash is also accepted at designated locations within the park.
Waiver & Liability
By entering Mojoland, all guests agree to a waiver of liability. This waiver releases Mojoland from any legal responsibility for injuries or accidents sustained while on park property, except in cases of gross negligence on the part of Mojoland.
Modifications to Terms & Conditions
